Do you combine shipping if I place more than one order the same day?

If I can fit all the items from both orders safely in one box, then I will refund the shipping overages. Please my SHIPPING POLICY page for more info.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, I now ship worldwide! 

What is your return policy?

You have 14 days to return the order. Items must be unopened and unused. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. After the return has been inspected, I will issue a refund to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If there has been a mistake on my end, reply to the order confirmation email or order delivered an email and I'll instruct you how to proceed.

Why was my order canceled?

I use a fraud protection service that uses various criteria to determine if an order is fraudulent or not. If it determines that an order is fraud, it cancels it automatically.

Do you accept custom orders? 

I am not currently accepting custom orders.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

Please reach out via my contact page with your business info.

Can I use one of your photos in my social media post?

Please email me for written permission before using any of my content in your social media, blog, etc. All photos are the explicit property of Smokey Spells LLC and the creative work of Myra Caballero, unless otherwise stated. You MUST credit us when using one of our images.
