Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the 50 United States. Once the COVID-19 situation is resolved we will resume shipping international orders.

I'm located in the Iowa City area. Can I pick up my order in person?

Absolutely! Use code LOCALPICKUP and send us an email or Instagram DM and we'll coordinate a pick up time.

What is your return policy?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

If there has been a mistake on our end, send us an email, info[at]smokeyspells.com , and we'll instruct you how to proceed. 

DO NOT REROUTE YOUR ORDER BACK TO US OR REFUSE DELIVERY. We will refuse delivery and the package will be sent back to you. We will not accept or refund orders that do not have return authorization!

Why was my order canceled?

We use a fraud protect service that uses various criteria to determine if an order is fraudulent or not. If it determines that an order is fraud it cancels it automatically.

Do you accept custom orders? 

Yes, we can create a custom incense blend for your specific magical or spiritual purposes. Occasionally we accept custom orders for our fiber art pieces. Email us to discuss options.

Do you accept wholesale orders?

No, at this time we are not accepting wholesale. Please check back fall 2020 or after the COVID-19 situation is resolved.

Can I use one of your photos in my social media post?

Please email us for written permission before using any of our content in your social media, blog, etc. All photos are the explicit property of Smokey Spells LLC and the creative work of Myra Caballero, unless otherwise stated. You MUST credit us when using one of our images.
